Are you able to set up a strategic portfolio management capability including an infrastructure that measures the benefit of strategic initiatives? You know how to manage a strategic change portfolio and are able to lead your team and others involved on effective strategy execution
You act as a sparring partner for senior management with regard to the progress and benefits of strategic initiatives and are able to substantiate your challenges and advise with the right data and insights
You develop the network and infrastructure needed to proactively identify internal and external developments with strategic impact on the FEC domain and advise senior management proactively

You connect through effective and impactful communication. You succeed in uncovering the real challenges and needs and ensure that this is translated into a solution that fits within the FEC organizational model.
You fulfill a central role within the FEC domain through translating (social) change into advise concerning concrete interventions that help manage integrity risks well.
The Global FEC Strategy team is a small-scale, multifaceted team in development which supports senior management and more than 7,000 employees within the FEC domain with strategic insight and advice. The Global FEC Strategy team is part of the Global FEC Strategy & Governance department. The team plays a crucial role in designing, translating and monitoring the Global FEC strategy. The culture within the department is open and we value a safe and strong feedback culture. Although the bar is set high, our people are our main focus.

You and your talent

WO/Master working and thinking level
At least 10 years of relevant work experience within the FEC domain and/or in a large corporate environment
Proven experience with strategy development and the translation of strategy into actionable strategic initiatives
At least 7 years of management experience and/or experience in managing teams
Prior experience with setting up high performing teams
Strong delivery management skills
Proven stakeholder management experience on C- or C-1 level
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in both English and Dutch.

This is what we offer you
Salary between €7,835 and €11,192 gross per month (SKA scale, grading depending on knowledge and experience). In addition to a 13th month and 8% holiday pay.
An extra budget of 13% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
A combination of working from home and at the office.
A personal development budget of € 1,400- with many career opportunities within FEC.
