Looking for a Product Manager passionate to improve Customer Experiences

We are hiring! For our tribe Daily Banking & Mobile Led, we offer you the opportunity to join our marketing squad in the Value Space Customer Acquisition, that has the purpose to acquire new (Daily Banking) customers for ING ranging from babies, kids, youth, students to singles and couples, both Dutch and Foreign.

This position focusses on our Student segment. Are you a product manager that thrives when able to continuously improve the customer journey of the Student and optimizes processes in order to improve performance? That knows how to address this target group at the right time with the right digital communication tools? And likes to analyse and address the complaints of this target group and solve issues with either IT engineers, risk parties or other colleagues creatively? Please read on!

About us

At Acquisition we are end-2-end responsible for the Mobile and hassle-free account opening and provide safe access to the heart of banking - a current account. We create propositions to attract new customers and we see it as our responsibility to financially educate the next generation. They are the first generation that is accustomed to use digital instead of physical money and we are there to empower them and their parents in this journey.

Our marketing squad is supported by 3 tech squads that are responsible for the opening of all types of current accounts and the maturity processes following the lifecycles of our customers. And we are closely linked to the Onboarding Value Space and work intensively with the Digital Sales team that is responsible for the online sales success of our propositions.

As a Customer Journey Expert you

  • take ownership of propositions, the underlying processes and all communication involved
  • know how to lead a project across teams and manage stakeholders in a complex environment
  • think Customer Experience in everything you do and can’t help yourself in thinking of what could be improved
  • Analyses Customer complaints and likes drive decisions that solves issues with IT and risk parties
  • understand the need to comply with regulations and policies but dare to debate options
  • possess good communication skills, you believe in teamwork and drive team spirit
  • can balance optimal customer value and profitability for ING
  • fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (verbally and written)

You have

  • a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing, proposition, product or process management
  • Strong analytical skills and take decisions based on data and fact
  • Solid writing skills to address this target audience
