…an Administrative Assistant to join their Corporate Audit Services (CAS) division in a role that combines audit report reviewing skills with (generic) assistance to CAS senior management. Here’s more details:
- We are looking for the right person to come strengthen our team and help us in various ways.
- We need you to have an ‘eagle eye’ for spotting text errors/inconsistences and/or missing pieces of information!
- You’ll also need to have a strong command of the English language and enjoy reviewing audit reports from a layout perspective.
- Last but definitely not least - you will provide support to three senior CAS managers (making appointments; arranging business travel etc).
As CAS reports are one of our key products, their quality needs to be very high level and this is where you can make the difference! . If you work very precisely, can follow a strict set of processes and have a good command of English – you will enjoy doing this work (the reports are written in English). In that sense it is a pre if you are a native English speaker. As such you will join the international CAS Reporting Issuance (CRI) team. A ‘can-do’ mentality is essential, to ensure that the reports are issued on time, in the right format and style.
Main tasks:
- Review and issuance of CAS reports
- Organize, prepare and schedule meetings and manage agendas
- Assess priority, sensitivity and purpose of meetings, travel requests and day-to-day activities
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors/internal contacts/clients
- Provide support as needed in relation to business travel, meetings, media, conferences, seminars, receptions and anniversaries
- Manage all incoming queries efficiently and effectively
- Administration work includes various admin systems, for example sickness and absence records)
- Take care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, claiming expenses, Ibuy and E-profit in accordance with existing compliance rules
Working and thinking level
- Bachelor degree or HBO level/working experience.
- High level written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in a secretarial/supporting role
- You master the most commonly used office programmes / applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and if possible Workday and Ibuy. You are willing to learn new ones if needed
- You have an affinity with HR processes
