Wholesale Banking Netherlands is looking for a KYC Client Outreach for the International Coverage Team. Reporting to Team Lead within Business Development & NFR / KYC Team.

The opportunity

The KYC Client Outreach is mainly responsible for the communication related to KYC activities of Wholesale Banking Netherlands. You will closely work with relationship management and other internal stakeholders to assist with all required KYC activities (CDD, FATCA, CRS, ESR) while meeting internal deadlines. You will also liaise with clients directly to ensure that all KYC records are compliant with internal and external regulatory standards.

Roles and responsibilities

The KYC Client Outreach’s primary responsibility will be following tasks:

• To manage multiple workstreams (onboarding, offboarding, periodic and event driven reviews), you will need to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You will also be involved in the client communication related to KYC. This means that you will need to explain to the client which requirements they need to fulfill to complete the process.
• Furthermore, you will be expected to perform professional assessments of the information requested by the processing units and on the input provided by the client. Managing the quality of the information is crucial for a smooth process!
• Finally, you will be responsible for assisting with timely compliance status of the portfolio that is going to be assigned to you.

Profile

• HBO+ level
• Relevant work experience preferably with KYC in a client facing environment
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Full-time (36/40 hours per week) with job scale 8
