As a Chief Product Owner for the Wholesale Banking Analytics Products, you will play a key role in driving the success of the various current and future initiatives within the ING Analytics Wholesale Banking team from ideation to the delivery of data driven products and solutions.

As Chief Product Owner at INGA WB, you will set the vision for the domain and coordinate the initiatives across the domain and the various product squads.

You manage, educate, and align with stakeholders and set and update product priorities accordingly.

You lead the way of working and foster interaction and knowledge sharing between the teams. You take care of the staffing needs of the product teams, considering the current priorities and interests of the people involved.

You coordinate Tribe-wide p erformance management cycles together with the responsible Chapter Leads.

You lead probabilistic thinking and a decision-making mindset. You ensure Data and Decision Science is part of product offerings.

You run the QBR cycles and you define product OKRs.

You report directly to the Tribe Lead Wholesale Banking Analytics.

The team

The ING Analytics Wholesale Banking team is a team of 120 people that has the mission to make Wholesale Banking in ING data driven. We do this by combining Big Data technology with Data Science to deliver high value solutions and products for our organization. We work in a fun and creative environment, and we are dedicated to bringing out the best in both each other and our projects.

Roles and responsibilities

Your passion is to work with the latest and greatest technologies in the field of Advanced Analytics and Data Products. You will work as Chief Product Owner for the Wholesale Banking Analytics Products, leading the teams to deliver data products and analytics solutions for the ING Wholesale Bank.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and competences:

• Extensive experience (>8 years) of managing design, development, and successful roll out of data & analytics based digital propositions/products across multiple markets in the role of CJE, PO or CPO

• Experience in managing capability development in data and analytics domain and good understanding of key elements across full value chain (from data ingestion, to enrichment, to modeling to integration with front-end components)

• Strong program management experience gained while steering change and delivery execution in complex multi-geography stakeholder environments including the ability to build case for change and facilitate decision making of senior stakeholders

• Significant experience in leading large (virtual) teams with members from different countries

• Proven success in establishing executive relationships and influencing executive decision-making

• Knowledge and experience in Agile way of working / methodology (e pics, roadmaps, backlogs, sprint planning)

• Ability to e fficiently manage the delivery across multiple squads in multiple units and geographies

• Demonstrable record of accomplishment of building and supporting highly collaborative, flexible, and productive teams

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as outstanding negotiation and change management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

• Elevated cultural sensitivity to work in a highly diverse environment
