How will you realize sustainable growth for Private Banking?

Our customers know why they are with ING Private Banking. We deliver on our customer promises by providing a dedicated Relationship Manager and direct access to a team of financial specialists. In addition, tailored financial planning is part of our service and customers may expect proactive signaling and advice. As a Marketeer / Customer Journey Expert (CJE) you develop our Private Banking lead flows, propositions & services that help our customers to be successful in life and in business.

What you will do as Marketeer

Your goal as a Marketeer / CJE is to create customer growth (base & value) for Private Banking. You will do this by working within the Marketing team on several projects that need to result in strong lead flows, propositions and events that fit with an outstanding customer experience.
Your starting point is the Private Banking customer. We have defined our customer promises and you will need to make sure our promises are met in every customer interaction. This is how we want to live up to and exceed their expectations whether it’s a private individual, a business owner, a wealthy family or a charity organization.

Your responsibility for implementing propositions basically goes from A to Z. This means analyzing market, customer and other relevant data to come up with insights and opportunities which can be translated into lead flows, propositions, events, campaigns etc.). You will also be fully implementing these into our channels (both Sales and Digital).

Of course you will not do this alone. You will be working with other Customer Journey Experts in your team and you will have dedicated Private Banking Data Analysts and Change Experts within your department with whom you will work together in projects. Of course strong cooperation is required with our sales colleagues as the core of our business is based on the relationship model. Furthermore there will be many parties to cooperate with such as Communication, Events & Sponsoring, Business Banking and Product Tribes.

This is where you will work

Creating a differentiating experience starts with ING’s culture: entrepreneurial, open, collaborative, innovative and energetic. You will be part of the Marketing team within the department Business Development & Customer Experience (BD&CX). This department is responsible for all activities related to developing our Private Banking business for the Netherlands. It consists of four teams: Data Analytics, Risk Management, Business Management & Change and Marketing. The Marketing team consists of about 7 Customer Journey Experts and your Marketing Lead. You will work closely together with your colleagues in BD&CX, the sales department and many other parties within ING depending on the nature of your projects.
