
Data Analist – Center of Expertise - Fraud Service Center

Within the recently renewed Center of Expertise we perform a variety of activities that all contribute to the Members and the Leadership Team (LT) in the Supercircle doing their job optimally. Some of these activities include: HR onboarding, Change consultancy, Finance control & management, Quality management, Reporting & Dashboarding, Forecasting & Planning.
To increase our analytical power we are looking for a Data Analyst!
What does the Center of Expertise look like?
You will be joining a team of 17 people divided into 4 pillars. The pillar Quality Assurance consisting of 3 Quality experts, the objections team consisting of 7 legal employees, the improving squad with 3 change consultants and of course squad Analytics with 4 data analysts of which 1 is vacant.
Each squad works independently every quarter from a QBR formed backlog. Every 2 weeks there is a sprint change, ending with a demo for stakeholders. Prior to each sprint you are busy with a piece of refinement on the upcoming sprint and you get and bring feedback from colleagues or other pillars.
Your role and responsibilities

You build and maintain a variety of operational reports and dashboarding for the daily management of the Supercircle

You have a dynamic role in which new projects are worked on every month by means of sprint items for Scheduling, Forecasting, Dashboarding and Reporting

You have the gift to transform complex data into clear presentations so that you can play an important advisory role

You are flexible and while maintaining focus on key priorities you are able to meet ad hoc requests. After all, Fraud & Cybersecurity is a dynamic environment that regularly requires you to move quickly

You contribute to maintaining and improving the fact-based culture within ING
What do we expect from you?

Good command of the Dutch and English language
-
You have experience with Cognos is a plus
-
You have experience with SAS and SQL is a plus
-
Experience with python and git is a plus
-
You have experience with Workforce Management (WFM) Systems
-
You are able to complete complex operational reports, roster analyses and scheduling, among other things

You are analytically strong and make decisions based on data and facts
-
You are able to take on the role of consultant around your expertise
-
You continue to develop yourself, both as a person and a professional, to become a data and analytics expert!

You get a lot of energy from creating insights and translating these insights into concrete improvement suggestions for the Center of Expertise or for the Supercircle

You like working in a dynamic environment with changing stakeholders

Furthermore

You have obtained a HBO/Master degree (or demonstrable level) with a strong analytical component, and you have at least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
