We are Global Workplace Services at ING and we deliver Workplace services for over 60,000 colleagues worldwide. We ensure that our colleagues can work simple and safely with any device, wherever they are at home, in the office, or in another country. Specifically, we provide laptops, (virtual) desktops, mobile, and fixed telephony, collaboration tooling, software (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Windows, and Office). We also provide the infrastructure and 3rd line support for these services.
WPS has standardized on SaaS (cloud) services; especially for Cloud Managed Workplaces and Collaboration Services. The tribe also has a small team to support us regarding compliance and risk matters; for this team we are looking for an additional senior colleague.
What will you do?
· Your team of peers, each with a different focus area, is responsible for first line management of risk and compliance.
· Your main activities will be: advising the WPS tribe on security, risk and compliance; being the liaison with the main stakeholders in this area (e.g. CISO, IT Security Tribe, Corporate IRM, Corporate ORM and Compliance);
· You will assist and advise our squads such, that guidelines are translated and result into actual features;
· You are the experts when it comes to ING’s risk framework and registration tools (iTRMP, RMM and iRisk), In control Statement (ICS) and assurance reports (e.g. SoC2);
· In audits on WPS by 2nd and 3rd line you are our SPOCs
· You also facilitate arranging WPS-wide initiatives around awareness, reporting and risk & compliance strategy.
Your profile
· You have at least 5 years of experience in comparable roles.
· Relevant IT experience with enterprise-level Workplace management technologies within a multinational organization.
· You have relevant risk and security certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, …)
· You have worked in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions).
· You improve yourself constantly; and you challenge, improve and train others continuously.
· You are the ‘go-to-person’ for the team when encountering challenges.
· Although you primary focus will be on the risk, compliance and security aspects of our services, you are able to discuss the technical aspects at the same level as the engineers of the squad delivering the service; these technical peer discussions stimulate you rather than detract you.
· Stakeholder management on all the levels within the organization of ING, work together with them to achieve your set goals.
· A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit or related field/ equivalent work experience
· You understand the principles of outsourcing on operational, tactical and strategic levels with E2E accountability of the WPS Services delivered across multiple external and internal parties.
· You have the ability to visualize, articulate, and solving complex problems.
· You have excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to various audiences.
· Ability to develop strong and collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders.
