Your work environment

You will work in the Department/Tribe Daily Banking & Digital First. Here we work on the service proposition for our 8 million private customers in the Netherlands. In this Tribe we recruit new customers and intensify the digital relationship with existing customers. We do this through solutions such as the ING App.

As a Dutch speaking Customer Journey Expert you work closely together in a squad with approximately 5 colleagues from different disciplines on a common purpose. You are end-to-end responsible for your business and you are therefore in control in order to achieve the optimal result.

This is what you will do

Your squad is responsible for the digitization of our services. Our customers mainly want their daily banking service available via their mobile. On the basis of your vision, you continue to expand this customer service. And you ensure impactful market introductions of your improvements. You monitor the effects and optimize where necessary. You also continuously look at how services, for which customers still have to go to the office or ING Service Point or call customer service, can be made easily accessible digitally. All this with the aim of becoming the best mobile bank in Europe.

Of course, your squad doesn't do that alone. But along with other squads. You naturally take on the leading role in this, communicate your vision and also know how to get others to join in.

Knowledge and experience

  • You have at least 5 years of demonstrable professional knowledge and track record in the field of marketing, preferably in the (digital) servicing industry
  • You have extensive experience with strategy and proposition development and its implementation
  • You have an academic working and thinking level
  • You have experience with agile working
  • You are analytically strong and data driven
  • You are continuously working on making yourself and your environment better and you actively give feedback to others
  • Fluent in Dutch
