
Personal Assistant ING’s Head of Market Leaders
This is a high-level management board secretariat role where availability/approachability, flexibility and proactivity are highly regarded. You will support the Head of Market Leaders in all relevant areas.
Your standard responsibilities will include:
-Supporting the Head of ML in a variety of day-to-day activities, including agenda management and meeting preparation both in terms of quality and time.
- Prioritising the information flow/daily correspondence.
- Acting as sparring partner and linking pin towards various internal and external stakeholders.
- Organising and coordinating business trips; arrange travel (hotels, flights/transportation) and prepare schedules
- Arrange private matters when necessary

- Is able to work both independently and as part of a team. You need to be able to manage your own work and set your own priorities whilst at the same time contributing to the team spirit.
You will be working one-on-one with the Head of ML, but you will also be part of the secretarial team where it is customary to help each other and to stand in for team members when needed.
Personal Profile
- 5-7 years’ work experience in an administrative environment; Ideally experienced in working with board members
- You master the most commonly used office programmes/applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Workday, Ibuy, Sherpany, etc.,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
Sensitive position:
This vacancy is one that is deemed ‘sensitive’ and as such requires a special security clearance. A candidate can only be appointed to this position following the positive outcome of a review of their background by ING’s Corporate Special Investigations (CSI) unit.
What we offer?
This position is based on a 36 - 40 hour working week.The work location is Amsterdam Southeast. We commit for a 1-year contract, which can be extended to a permanent contract.
