Working environment

• You set up bank-wide events and awareness campaign to increase adoption the Data Management capabilities
• You coach the (lead) product owners, data advisors and architects in their communication and presentation skills
• You organise internal and external events, such as the Big Demo of our data strategy, the Data Science in Finance Conference and new to be organised events for different target groups
• You are the liaison with corporate communication

Your job

As Business Consultant in the Awareness & Education team you will be part of an enthusiastic team of (young) professionals. The atmosphere is lively and informal, and the environment is safe. It is normal to make mistakes, as long as everyone is honest about it and learns from them. In this role your focus will be on awareness. You are responsible for helping the DM&A grids in implementing their capabilities, by helping the adoption in the client units and functions. Also you will help Data Issue management, Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management, with the adoption of their capabilities. This means you are responsible for the enablement of DM&A in their effective communication, by coaching them, reviewing and advising in communication plans, and coordinating events. You are in close contact with different stakeholders to achieve this.

Your profile

• At least 10 years of working experience
• A Masters’ degree, preferably in Business Administration (Bedrijfskunde), Management, Communication, Marketing or Organisational psychology
• Proven track record in the topic of communication and/or marketing
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player, Pro-active, Take responsibility
