
Compliance Change Professional
The opportunity
ING Group Compliance is looking to hire a Change Professional. This is a good opportunity for a professional with a compliance and/or change execution background who would like to join the Strategic Transformation Office (STO), which is part of the Group Compliance department (based in Amsterdam).
The position is identified as a medior change professional role with a focus on compliance governance and change management.
The STO is a department which supports the design and execution of the Compliance Vision 2022 and the underlying deliverables. More specifically, a strategy has been formulated to transform the global function while operating under a mission statement to be “Compliant by Desire and Design”.

Key result areas and responsibilities
As a compliance change professional
-
You have knowledge of compliance frameworks and the compliance risk management cycle;
-
You have good knowledge of the methods and tools for Change Management;
-
You work together with other team members across departments to achieve expected results, perform analysis and you come up with solutions and find alternatives;
-
You work on various project deliverables related to governance;
-
You take the lead in ensuring the change cycle is on schedule and act accordingly;
-
You facilitate the change team by solving impediments;
-
You help the team to collect and share best practices;
-
You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment in an international setting;
-
You are proficient in senior stakeholder management, being aware of cross-cultural sensitivities
-
You are assigned to one or more of the various projects that are running throughout the Compliance function.

You are a seasoned professional with relevant knowledge about the compliance function.

You have significant experience in change management, the related processes, technology and/or developments;

Skills required

University degree or equivalent;

Knowledge of financial services business, processes, procedures and/or systems;

5-10 years of experience in a compliance and change management environment;
-
Learning agility and innovative mindset;
-
Ability to work across functional and geographic lines;

Fluent in English;
-
Organisational sensitivity;
-
Flexibility: adjusts approach, seeks different paths in a targeted manner;

Hands-on mentality.
