Your role and work environment
As a KYC Process Design and Control Specialist within the tribe KYC Services, you are end-to-end responsible for a number of processes. This concerns a broad responsibility for all segments (individuals as well as (large) businesses and SMEs). You will become a KYC Process Design and Control Specialist in the IRIS squad and will work on screening processes such as; Name Screening (NS), Negative Press (NPS) and Pre-Transaction Screening (PTS). You will be working on;

• Setting up and improving the processes
• Responsible for correct reporting regarding the screening processes
• Writing communication for Operations (KYCC), on intranet and ing.nl
• You translate our ING policy into the processes

You do all this in close collaboration with various squads within and outside our KYC Tribe. You will also have to switch a lot with, for example, Policy, Compliance and the KYC Center.

KYC can be found in the beautiful and inspiring new ING building Cedar, a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer-Arena station.

Your expertise

• Bachelor or Master degree / level
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) is an absolute advantage or you are willing to obtain this certificate
• Affinity with fact-based working
• Affinity with data analysis
• You have a feeling for IT & Business
• Excellent oral and written expression skills, both in English and in Dutch

Jouw rol en werkomgeving
Als een KYC Process Design and Control Specialist binnen de tribe KYC Services ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor een aantal processen. Dit betreft een brede verantwoordelijkheid voor alle segmenten (zowel individuen als (groot)zakelijk en MKB). Jij wordt een KYC Process Design and Control Specialist in het squad IRIS en zal gaan werken aan klantreizen voor alle screening processen zoals; Naamscreenen (NS), Negatieve Pers (NPS) en Pre-Transactie Screening (PTS). Je zult gaan werken aan;

• Inrichten en verbeteren van de processen
• Verantwoordelijk voor correcte reporting m.b.t. de screening processen
• Schrijven van communicatie voor Operations (KYCC), op intranet en ing.nl
• Je doet de doorvertaling van ons ING beleid naar de processen

Dit alles doe je in nauwe samenwerking met diverse squads binnen en buiten onze KYC Tribe. Je zult daarnaast veel moeten schakelen met bijvoorbeeld Beleid, Compliance en het KYC Center.

Jouw expertise

• Je hebt een afgeronde studie HBO / WO
• Gecertificeerd Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS ) is een absolute pré of je bent bereid dit certificaat te behalen
• Affiniteit met fact-based werken
• Affiniteit met data analyse
• Je hebt gevoel voor IT & Business
• Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheden, zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands
