Tribe Lead Global Fraud Services (Fraud Management Product Expert IV, Global Job Level 19 / ING Job Level 13)

What are we looking for

We are looking for an inspiring leader, that will be able to guide the global fraud services tribe through the storms ahead. You will report directly to the global head of fraud and collections.

We are looking for an experienced professional who will be end-to-end responsible for the delivery of fraud services towards several ING countries and domains. You are able to build a team, you are able to deal with a complex stakeholder field, you are able to not only set out and communicate the strategy but you are also able to inspire the colleagues around her/him to execute it properly, you are is a good listener and able to convert feedback in an even more valuable solutions, who embraces and promotes the ING One Agile Way of Working, and you are setting the example on a daily basis.

What do we stand for within Global Fraud

The purpose of global fraud, is to proactively protect ING, its customers and society against fraud, enabling all to experience banking as safe and frictionless, while we keep setting the standards in efficient and effective processes, and keep pushing for satisfied customers, colleagues, and regulators.

The work environment

In line with the COO strategy, the ambition is that we build central capabilities which can be consumed by all countries, in order to become even more efficient and effective and create a resilient team that can deal with the challenges ahead.

In global fraud, we have built the first steps in setting the standard for global capabilities. The first countries are onboarded, and there is an enthusiastic and high-quality IT team that is running the services. These services need to be expanded towards other countries, and need to be further expanded to deal with the challenges ahead (e.g. create STP journeys, focus on prediction and response). This program will be converted towards business as usual, and the (partly functional) responsibility of the business, IT, and operational work will be transferred to the new Global Tribe lead.

The objective of the global fraud tribe is to build and run efficient and effective central capabilities which can be consumed by all countries that are in need of fraud management services (prediction, prevention, detection, response and recovery).

Theresponsibilitiesofthe global Tribe lead fraud services

As a Tribe lead,

  • You are able to balance between setting the strategic direction strategic, and having an operational mind-set
    • you are able to translate the global fraud strategy into a tactical approach, and understand what is to be picked up within the local countries, and what could be picked up in the service tribe, Moreover, you can communicate the actions needed to implement the strategy and explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision and values
    • you are end-2-end responsible for the services to be build and delivered to the countries and domains, including setting the strategy for the tribe, set up the proper meeting rhythm, the operational steering of the squads, to keep the epic predictability high, to manage the asset (riskshield for now, datalake in the near future), risk management items (keeping the IT ITRMP on green), and keeping the services up and running at all times
    • you are continuously looking for how to increase the overall maturity of the domain
  • you are responsible for a building and energizing a strong global fraud tribe
  • you can deal with a large and complex stakeholder field across multiple countries
  • you communicate well (e.g. you are able to prioritize multiple country demands, and explain properly the sequence of implementation)

Your competences

  • You have a master’s degree, and at least 10 years work experience in a related field
  • You are responsible for a building and energizing a strong new team. You know that success is a team effort
  • You have a strong analytical mind-set, and you use insights to come to decisions and prioritization
  • You have a proven track record in senior stakeholder management
  • You are experienced in the dynamics around fraud
  • You convert feedback into the central solutions
  • You have an ambitious pro-active and positive mentality
  • You like to continuously develop yourself
