Product Area Lead KYC TM

As Product Area Lead for the Transaction Monitoring (TM) area, you are responsible for part of the tribe's delivery and will play a key role in driving the success of KYC Services. Together with experts in the squads, you set-up, maintain and develop the TM landscape and ensure a stable and compliant service for operations. Together with the Tribe Leadership, you shape the long-term perspective from a content perspective to make sure that we can keep on delivering and improving in the future.

The position of Product Area Lead in the Tribe KYC Service NL is based in Amsterdam.

Know Your Customer Tribe consist of the following areas

• Teams delivering propositions, processes, and tooling

• Policy

• You take ownership for the products and processes of the TM area within the KYC Services tribe

• You align with the Leadership team and other relevant stakeholders to deliver the necessary services related to TM and to prioritize the work within your area

• You will be the content expert on the TM area, being able to use your knowledge to enhance the area and the whole of KYC

• Master’s degree or equivalent

• At least 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years of KYC experience

• Building strategic delivery roadmaps

• Managerial experience

• Experience and Affinity with IT is a pre

• Experience and Affinity with KYC is a pre

• Excellent level of English
