Customer Loyalty Member – Super Circle Business Lending

The opportunity

Are you an active connector? Then we are looking for you! Super Circle Business Lending wants to help realize the goals and dreams of entrepreneurs who are active in small and medium-sized enterprises. To support customers in this, we are looking for a driven and service-oriented Customer Loyalty Member. As a member you answer financial questions from customers. You consider financing applications or changes to existing financing. In the conversation with the customer, by telephone or via video conversation, you put the customer first. You make a personal connection, listen well, and broaden the conversation to find out the wishes and needs of the customer. Your goal is to really help the customer further. Of course, it is also important that you properly record customer contact in the systems and that you go through all internal customer processes correctly after the interview.

Role and responsibilities
Super Circle Business Credit is located in Amsterdam. The Super Circle consists of five circles, each with its own specialty. Several self-managing Customer Loyalty Teams are active within each Circle.

You are part of one of the self-managing teams of a maximum of 11 colleagues. Together with them, you are responsible for ensuring that customer questions are answered and handled quickly, from A to Z and with good quality. To do this properly, the Super Circle works in an Agile way. Your work is varied. Not only to keep it challenging for you as an employee, but also to be able to respond directly to the ever-changing customer needs. This can be hectic at times. You continuously work with your team on achieving goals.

• You are fluent in the Dutch and English language and hold current residency in the Netherlands

• Education HBO

Super Circle Zakelijke Kredieten wil de doelen en dromen van ondernemers die actief zijn in het Midden- en Kleinbedrijf helpen realiseren. Om klanten hierbij te ondersteunen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en servicegerichte Customer Loyalty Member. Als Member beantwoord je financiële vraagstukken van klanten. Je buigt je over financieringsaanvragen of wijzigingen in een reeds lopende financiering. In het gesprek met de klant, telefonisch of via beeldgesprek, stel je de klant centraal. Je maakt een persoonlijke connectie, luistert goed en trekt het gesprek breder om de wensen en behoeften van de klant te achterhalen. Je doel is om de klant écht verder te helpen. Uiteraard is het ook van belang dat je het klantcontact goed vastlegt in de systemen en dat je na het gesprek alle interne klantprocessen op een correcte manier doorloopt.

Jouw nieuwe werkomgeving en werkzaamheden

Super Circle Zakelijke Kredieten is gevestigd in Amsterdam. De Super Circle bestaat uit vijf Circles met elk hun eigen specialiteit. Binnen elke Circle zijn meerdere zelfsturende Customer Loyalty Teams actief.

Jij maakt deel uit van één van de zelfsturende teams van maximaal 11 collega’s. Samen met hen ben je ervoor verantwoordelijk dat klantvragen snel, van A tot Z en kwalitatief goed worden beantwoord en afgehandeld. Om dit goed te kunnen doen, werkt de Super Circle op een Agile manier. Je werk is afwisselend. Niet alleen om het uitdagend te houden voor jou als medewerker, maar ook om op direct in te kunnen spelen op de steeds veranderende klantbehoefte. Dit kan soms hectisch zijn. Je werkt samen met je team continu aan het realiseren van doelen. Om deze te bereiken is het belangrijk dat je initiatief durft te nemen, je feedback vraagt & ontvangt, je anderen helpt als het nodig is.
