At a glance

In this role you are the organizational hacker on working more connected and efficient. You set up and guide Digital Front End Strategy within Customer Digital Engagement (CDE). You are a transformation lead and oversee the technical landscape, design, planning, creation and sustainability of our Digital Platform Strategy.

Your job

You have the talent to make better decisions in complex challenges.

  • You collaborate to build a sustainable global digital platform and ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities
  • You have the ability to tactically translate the Digital Strategy to clear building blocks and roadmap in an agile way of working
  • You have knowledge of the digital domain and of the relevant trends and rules/regulation
  • You deliver the right insights on our progress and maturity through dashboards/reports and give advice on improvements. Set priorities to guide team members and others on modern evolutionary platform architecture principles, best practices, digital trends
  • You are sometimes called an organizational hacker–identify impediments in progress and are bold enough to introduce unconventional measures to ensure the digital change
  • You know how to set up business cases for future proof designs, solutions and digital target architectural building blocks

Working environment

CDE drives the vision/strategy on customer digitalization for the entire bank. Key focus areas include digital sales and service, digital solutions and tools for and insights in clients (in NL and NWE). We act as one CDE to create frictionless value for our clients. We drive the vision/strategy for bank wide CX.

We deliver, maintain and optimize digital channels and CRM/Customer Interaction/Dialogue Orchestration capabilities. Together we create and run the digital front office. We serve all client units. In your role, you work directly with the CDO in close connection with grids, IT architects and data strategists.

Your profile

You have highly developed analytical, conceptual and strategic skills. You are curious and do not take no for an answer while working together with different stakeholders. You have the ability to understand and inspire others. You are able to communicate as a leader with a creative mindset.

  • Master degree/HBO+, preferably IT/Process/Data-related
  • 8+ years of experience in the business architectural domain, within a comparably complex environment (high stakes, stakeholders, complex IT environment and different cultures)
  • 3+ years of experience in a lead role
  • Experience in setting up data & process design
  • Track record as an architectural leader designing antifragile target architectures for customer facing domains
  • Experience with data science, analytics, business intelligence, similar technologies
  • Knowledge of the different aspects of Data and IT architecture (applications functions, software development)
  • Proven experience in setting up process structures and clear redundancy in system/process
  • Knowledge and experience in architecture implementations and related methods and tools
  • Proven experience with setting up digital mastery programs and full on agile/scrum/DevOps
