
BCO (Non-Financial Risk Officer) - Tech CDMO
This role is based in Amsterdam. Relocation to the Netherlands will be provided.
ING Tech CDMO is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented BCO (Non-Financial Risk Officer) to be part of our team. The BCO team consists of 4 team members that are responsible for the coordination of all Non-Financial Risk activities across the CDMO organisation. The team has an important coordinating role between 2LoD Risk Mgt (ORM/IRM/Compliance) and business lines in CDMO but also performs NFR activities on behalf of the CDMO organisation.
Role and responsibilities
Coordination and execution of controls part of ING’s Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) (SOx) twice a year, collect evidences, coordinate execution between ORM, management and stakeholders in the relevant SOx Scoping Agreement.
Key control planning, implementation and testing for CDMO owned assets and:
- Implement, execute and maintain the NFR framework within CDMO organisation
- Perform Periodic Integrated Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
- Monitor and follow up on I-risk (audit) items
- NFR-related issues under control and reported monthly: (CAS) Issues, Events, Risk Assessments, Risk Acceptances, Management Identified Actions
- Participate in the quarterly Risk Thematic meetings and monthly NFRC
- Advise/inform product teams (squads) according to the Information Risk Minimum Standard
- Inform the stakeholders on existing and upcoming (IT) Risks and advice on mitigation measures
- Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Data Privacy Impact Assessment (DPIA) sessions
- Design and organise awareness sessions for all/target staff on existing and upcoming Policies and Minimum Standards
- Create and maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Coordinating the Sign-off of the Insiders arrangement for CDMO staff
- Sourcing Policy / Sourcing assessments (EBA, Classification of contracts)
- Quarterly Clean desk policy check
