The opportunity
ING is looking for a DevOps within the Global Engineering and Operations Tribe

We are looking for a DevOps engineer passionate about building and improving solutions to make the life of other ING engineer easier.

Role and responsibilities

You will be working in a squad composed by product owner, Java engineers, Ops engineers and data scientists to provide a Java based application that has the goal to gather all lines of code pointed as vulnerable by other security tools (e.g: Checkmarxs ) and automatically generate the fix for that.

Your daily work will consist of:

  • Refinement of story's
  • Coding
  • Reviewing
  • Testing (Automated)
  • Building and deploying
  • Monitoring

Required skills

  • Secure and clean coding
  • Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines
  • Agile & Scrum
  • Experience creating and Running regression tests
  • Experience using code quality tools (e.g: Checkmarx)
  • Great analytical skills and conceptual / architectural understanding, ability to learn new technical concepts fast
  • You embrace change and you are not afraid of frequently changing project direction or stakeholder environment

Nice to have

  • Java
  • Kotlin
  • NLP (natural language processing)
