The job!
We have a vacancy in our Mobile Payments team. This team is responsible for developing our mobile payment offering like Apple Pay, Mobile Payment for Android and innovative initiatives around merchant tokenization. As customer journey expert it is your responsibility to design, improve and implement customer journeys to offer our customers the best possible experience.
You will play a key role in realizing our strategic ambitions. To be successful you have a vision in which direction the e-commerce and mobile payments market is evolving, what the short- and long-term customer needs are and how to translate these market trends and needs into concrete and compelling value propositions. In your way of working there is a strong belief that data analysis is an essential way to make the right choices and you are actively pursuing and promoting this way of working.
Next to that you’ll be responsible for designing and improving relevant processes, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and manage the product related risks with all risk parties involved.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team in which you closely cooperate with your Tech colleagues.
Furthermore, a part of your time (max 50%) will be dedicated to work closely with our lab – ING Factory – on short projects in which concrete innovative solutions are being developed in co-creation with of our customers. These high-intensity projects are done with a multidisciplinary team and you play a key role in supporting the ING Factory lead in organizing and driving the project.

What we expect from you?
- University degree or HBO
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Relevant working experience in a service-oriented environment
