The Opportunity

ING is looking for a Customer Journey Expert to strengthen our Account Domain in the Tribe Cash and Liquidity Management in Wholesale Banking Transaction Services.

You will be working for Transaction Services (‘TS’) in ING Wholesale Banking. TS offers a comprehensive range of products to Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions across Europe.

As a Customer Journey Expert, you will play an active role in requirements management, project coordination and roll-out of API for the digitalization of the Account Opening Process.

You will be working in a team within a professional, dynamic, and international environment where you can make a visible contribution to the client experience and commercial success of ING Wholesale Banking.

Roles & responsibilities

The job requires strong analytical skills, problem solving mentality and a good knowledge of Account Management Systems.

You will organize the gathering of the requirements and act as CJE within a squad to develop APIs for the digitalization of the e2e account opening service in 18 TS countries.

Education

  • University education (Bachelor's degree or Master's degree) preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance

  • Preferably 2 years of work experience in transaction driven environment preferably in Transaction Services in the areas Cash Management

Competencies

  • You have strong analytical skills

  • You are fluent in Business English, good knowledge of banking terminology is a benefit

  • You are assertive and persuasive

  • You have a result-oriented mind-set and strive for high quality

  • You can work in astructured and systematic way

  • You have aproblem-solving mentality

  • You can lead the discussions and design the solution

  • You can collaborate effectively and build good relations

  • You have strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across the ING network
