
Personal Assistant HRBP Leads
The opportunity
We are looking for a driven and experienced Secretary for the HR BP Lead(s) HR Benelux. In order to effectively support the HRBP Lead(s) and the team you need to demonstrate strong time management skills as well as strong communication skills. The challenge in this role is to manage the day to day schedule with great energy and effectiveness, to ensure the Lead keeps focused on the most relevant tasks, whilst delegating effectively all other tasks. Ability to achieve good cooperation between people/teams is crucial for the success of this position.
Responsibilities include:

Diary management - On a day to day basis scheduling appointments and pro-actively managing the diary. Assessing priority, sensitivity and purpose of appointments.

Operating a range of administrative activities. Taking care of the administrative handling of new staff/transfers/leavers, expense management.

Make travel / accommodation arrangements.

Event and meeting planning including preparation of agendas, distribution of meeting documents.

Plan and manage all business and social events for the department.

Coordinate office services, such as IT/helpdesk,personnel etc.
How to succeed
-
Solid track record in secretarial experience, high degree of organizational awareness (how to get things done in the organization)

Knowledge of ING and ING processes and systems (such as workday and aveksa)

Good MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills

Excellent Dutch and English language skills (written as well as spoken)

Conscientious, accurate and approachable

Good organizational skills and structured way of working; exceptional follow through, focus and attention to detail

Good communication skills – verbal and written

Good problem-solving skills, active listening, time management, continuous learning

A ‘can do’ mentality, proactive, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile
