We are looking for an enthusiastic and certified Pega SSA with 6+ years of experience with Pega and around 10+ years of overall IT experience. You have the passion to create high quality pega applications and help others to be successful. As a developer you will contribute in providing solutions for the requirements but on top you will also play a central role to bring all pieces together and create overview and uniform approach from technical point of view.

The team
Purpose of our department is to facilitate and standardize IT solutions for bank support functions with core focus on process automation using pega. You will work in an agile squad with DEVOPS engineers and business specialists. As an IT Engineer you will deliver functionality together with our stakeholders. Engineers in this squad should be able to perform a wide variety of engineering tasks. Together with your team you are responsible for the end-to-end Agile software and feature delivery of a stable and fit-for-purpose Pega systems. Agile/Scrum is our way of working, focusing on iterative and incremental software development in small, multi-disciplinary teams.

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for designing and developing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing process automation solutions using Pega.
Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features
Works in conjunction with Product owner to size, manage scope and risk
Responsible for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements
At least 8 - 10 years of IT experience
Minimum 6 years’ experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within pega. Support operations
Support in automating everything: deployment, functional/technical/performance testing, system health checks.
