The grid Digital Channels Business & Wealth, where you will be working, delivers a competitive digital proposition to our Belgian, German and French customers via an integrated mix of omni-channel services, (automated) advise and personal interaction. We believe that an approach with multidisciplinary teams focusing on speed, flexibility and efficiency will help in our digital transformation.

Your job

What you do:

  • Develop sustainable value propositions resulting in a seamless digital experience
  • Continuous improvement proposals for customer journey propositions
  • Business analyses and supporting the implementation of new digital features
  • Continuous collaboration with the Business Developers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Product Owners and (international) stakeholders about which improvements can be made to our portals (app and web).

Working environment

As a Business Developer, you will work in a specialised team with other Business Developers. You will focus on improving the user experience of our clients in our digital channels (app & web). You do this by translating customer needs into value propositions and end-to-end solutions that are consistent with developments in the areas of technology, digitalisation, legislation, and regulations. You also take into account the requirements and frameworks set by internal and external stakeholders, such as development teams and regulators.

Your profile

  • Your acquired professional experience brings a fresh perspective towards improving the digital customer experience
  • You have knowledge and experience in creating, improving and implementing digital customer journeys, experience with client validation is a pre
  • You have strong analytical skills and a strong conceptual thinking ability to quickly get to the core of a problem
  • With your entrepreneurial mindset you follow market developments, acquire customer needs and translate this into new propositions that improve the client satisfaction
  • Being a skilled communicator in an international environment with different stakeholders you know how to get your message across, get your required information and manage expectations.
  • You are fluent in English. Dutch is not necessary, as long as your English is fluent.
