Entrepreneur & Enterprise (E&E) is a unit responsible for realising the vision for ABN AMRO, differentiating the bank as a leader in serving entrepreneurs.
The team consists of several experts focusing on the bank's key capabilities such as Segments, Channels, Process & Control, Business Execution, and strong coordination areas around data management, technology, customer journey, UX, and external partnerships. As Business Developer Entrepreneur & Enterprise (E&E) Process & Control you will work together with the core E&E team on the implementation of our new strategic E&E value proposition. With this E&E proposition we aim to create a ‘one stop shop’ for entrepreneurs to seamlessly service them on both their personal and business needs across their lifecycle. The scope of E&E covers the three business lines of our bank. As such, this cross-Client Unit topic requires constant effective communication and alignment between a diverse and extensive group of stakeholders.

Your job

The role of Business Developer / Consultant E&E Process & Control focuses in a general sense on analyzing and improving the internal processes that should lead to E&E being able to operate efficiently and effectively.
More specific this entails the following aspects:

  • Support the respective E&E Expert Lead on executing the deliverables in his/her focus area
  • Improving the Customer Journeys for our Dual Clients in all Lifecycle Moments
  • Flag and report on issues in the current Dual Customer servicing
  • Conducting deep dives on legal/compliance privacy issues
  • Creation of route maps for data & information sharing including implementation plans
  • It is a temporary position for one year
