DevOps Engineer Transaction Monitoring

ING DBNL (Tribe KYC Services) is looking to add a DevOps Engineer with experience and in depth knowledge of software application development, Agile methodology as well as being a team player.

For a technology driven project (TMNL), we are looking for a developer who enjoys working in an innovative environment. Willing to pick up any kind of task and open to learn about new technologies and processes that might come along to bring TMNL to the next level within the organization. TMNL combines data of the 5 big banks within the Netherlands, we have to make sure we do this in an safe and secure way.

Your job

As squad we are responsible for data delivery to TMNL and all screening processes for DBNL. As a DevOps engineer you will be working in a scrum content squad of 6-8 people consisting of three or four other DevOps engineers and two or three Customer Journey Experts. In addition there will be a Product Owner who decides on the priority of the user stories.

You will be responsible for the data delivery to TMNL and have the opportunity to automate the process as much as possible using powershell/autohotkey etc.. Next to that we are responsible for the screening processes which are covered in Pega. You have the responsibility to maintain the workflows regarding screening in Pega.

You and your fellow engineers are not only responsible for development, but also for maintaining and monitoring your applications which includes incident management and bug fixing. You will also be responsible for keeping the operational controls up to date which is a key part of the risk appetite within the bank. Your activities start at analysis and end at operations. As such you are a true DevOps engineer!

You work in your squad but are also part of a chapter, an expertise-focused group that shares knowledge and creates and governs standards. Your chapter will be ‘Data Processing’.

Qualifications

You recognize yourself in following profile.

Together with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer in similar environments, we expect you to have had experience working with the following tools, techniques and way of working:

Required

• Java/Phyton/Powershell

• GIT and AzureDevOps

• SQL

• Bash Scripting

• Fluent communication skills in English

• Pega experience is preferred
