You will be based in our offices at the Herengracht in Amsterdam and be part of the Clients and Products department.

You will be based in our offices at the Herengracht in Amsterdam and be part of the Clients and Products department.

Role and responsibilities

The Clients & Products team is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to support the management and development of their French corporate client portfolio. You are ideal for this opportunity if you would enjoy working in a small and close-knit team that works in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

• Focus on operational processes but also contribute to further developing client relationships (x-sell and deep sell)
• Interact with clients on operational matters, variety of internal stakeholders, and coordinate processes with the Mid Office and KYC team, Compliance, and product teams
• Form an integral part of the team and take ownership of servicing your client portfolio (e.g., handle daily matters, KYC, onboarding, various administrative tasks, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years relevant work experience in a banking environment or large financial institution (such as; cash management, liquidity, transaction services, etc.)
• Experience working in an multicultural environment
• Current residency in the Netherlands
• Fluent in English both verbally and written. French language skills is a plus as you will be in touch with the French market of BMG
• Strong team player who has affinity with commercial issues
• Analytical and result driven, accuracy is of main importance
• Good planning and organizational skills
