Your job
As a process & project enabler you support the business by continuously improving processes and projects. You use different techniques, like the Aigle method. You challenge the business to come with well defined requirements, so that you can define clear goals for you project. You strive for results that are sustainable and will contribute to the organizational goals. You can oversee the large amount of differ activities you have and can keep a focus on the interests of our clients.
You work in a team and are capable of taking the lead and stimulating your team members to give their best. You feel comfortable in communicating about the progress to all relevant stakeholders.
You discuss your planning, budget and results with the project board
