The Product Delivery Area works on our long-term stretched ambition for a time-to-likely of a few seconds. As Chapter Lead CJE Business you are responsible for coaching and PCE cycle of the members in your chapter. Together with the squads in your area you work on the delivery which contributes to the REF Strategic priorities.

Roles and responsibilities

As Chapter Lead CJE Business you have the following key responsibilities:

• As Chapter Lead CJE Business you are a strategic partner for the management team.

• As chapter lead you set the standards for the chapter area and take responsibility for developing, innovating and safeguarding knowledge in the field of expertise and for product development and delivery itself.

• Designs and tracks customer journeys and creates and delivers relevant innovations, analytics, products and marketing and/or channel strategies for REF.

• Together with the IT colleagues you make sure that the strategic ambitions within ING REF Delivery are being met.

• You provide input on the ING REF strategy on product and digitization, based on external and internal trends and developments

• You effectively manage the One Agile Way of Working within your domain.

• Develops and leads people to meet their individual goals, career goals, and the organization's goals.

• You are a spokesperson for stakeholders in the domain.

• Leads the chapter as a whole to fulfil the ING REF ambitions concerning innovation, product development & delivery.

• Master’s degree.
