What you’ll do

Business Support Officer A supports business operations by answering, setting up and solving professional questions, incidents and requests. The Support Officer is part of one or more focus areas from which he/she ensures seamless collaboration between the end users and the customer.

How to succeed

As a Business Support Officer A, you will

  • distinguish main and side issues, to set priorities, problem analyzes and judgement.
  • connect people with each other and are able to communicate on various levels. Is communicative strong and has the power of persuasion to get the other person on board and to achieve the goal.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day business. Proactively identifies signals and problems. You will properly weigh-up customer and bank interests and take/anticipate decisions in this regard. Suggests improvement proposals and implements them.
  • Take responsibility for detecting, elaborating and implementing improvements, within the own work domain and overall (chain-wide). Sets an example in this and encourages others.
  • Monitor progress and assesses when it is possible to deviate from the procedure or comes up with alternatives. Escalates when necessary.
  • Provide a substantive contribution to the development, implementation and aftercare of (department-related) projects.

As a Business Support officer, you will have

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • A proactive attitude towards proposing improvements to stakeholders with whom we work together.
  • Great communication skills on different levels.
  • In addition to in-depth professional knowledge, you have an above-average level of competence problem analysis & judgment, persuasiveness.
