IT Chapter Lead – Cash Management

Your role and work environment

You will be part of the management team of Tribe Cash and Liquidity Management with the purpose to strengthen our Global Cash Management domain.

This domain is end-to-end responsible for the development and management of Cash Management products (Notional, Physical and Virtual), with a view to achieving an optimum customer experience, remaining a Tier 1 bank provider and becoming a digital front-runner in the market.

As an IT Chapter Lead you create opportunities for your employees to reach their full potential and encourage team development. We are looking for someone to lead by example, coach others and encourage knowledge sharing.

Your key responsibilities

  • Providing technical leadership across teams given your
    • experience across all aspects of software delivery (incl. vendor management)
    • comprehensive understanding of software design principles and patterns, with exposure to cloud technologies
  • Driving quantifiable process improvements
  • Applying patterns for system reliability, resiliency and scalability
  • Leading continuous delivery practices and mindset
  • Influence Business and IT strategies locally and at Group level.

Skills and competences

  • Passion for IT.
  • Market focus and Outside-in thinker.
  • Problem solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments; Being a persistent person who is driven by priorities and doesn’t get distracted from blockages.
  • Extremely results-oriented, always striving for maximal consumer value as early as possible.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills (telling – selling) across skill and seniority levels.
  • Ability to challenge, influence or convince others through fact-based arguments.
  • Self-disciplined, proactive and organized, with ability to identify what needs to be done .
