ING Analytics consists of a number of Global Analytics Tribes & Teams around the bank’s key capabilities (such as Operations, KFC, WB, CI, Risk and Pricing etc.) as well as strong coordination areas around data management, technology, customer journey, UX, as well as external partnerships.

This role is part of the Enabling Analytics team . Our team delivers specific skills and knowledge to ING Analytics and beyond toaccelerate the value delivery for ING and our customers. In this role you will deliver skills and knowledge in the field of Learning & Development (Analytics Academy) and Culture Change (ING Analytics culture).

  • Analytics Academy

The Analytics Academy is responsible for the craftsmanship development of all ING Analytics employees. Furthermore, the Academy is key to instilling Data Fluency within ING so the business speaks the language of data. The purpose is to keep ING at the leading edge of developments in analytics, ensure dedicated capability development and career framework for our analytics talent and create a global community of data, analytics and business talent.

Role Profile

As Learning Expert you play a key role in enabling our data driven organization and as Culture Club you are the key driver to create a culture everyone feels part of and can be the best version of themselves.

Your Learning Expert responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates the Academy Programmes roll-out
  • Measures programme success/effectiveness, keeps tracks of KPIs and targets, and manages the learning experience
  • Integrates learning solutions into existing learning system
  • You create and maintains the curriculum within the Analytics Academy
  • Ensures content captures business-specific learning needs through regular interactions with Analytics trbies and teams
  • Coordinates the development of Academy curriculum architecture and design

Your Culture Lead responsibilities include:

  • Create and provide guidance in ING Analytics purpose, values and behaviours
  • Lead or provide guidance in aligning our processes/structures, (leadership) behaviour and rituals to our values and behaviour
  • Leading and empowering our Culture Club (including our Culture Ambassadors) to align our initiatives with the team’s needs and to create engagement
  • Initiate and enable activities (e.g. rituals) that contribute to breaking silo’s across teams and countries

About you

  • Master degree; analytical strong with a creative brain
  • You have execution power, practical and pro-active mindset to get things done
  • Always thinking a step ahead and never satisfied with the status quo
  • You embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment including stakeholder management
  • Willingness to learn, open to feedback, develops on the technical and the interpersonal level
  • You have a feel for the Data Analytics population and their (learning) needs, you can easily connect and collaborative with them and understand what your colleagues drive
  • You feel comfortable in a role where you take the (online) stage and are visible within our team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
