Your job
In the rapidly changing world of Wealth management where our clients become more digital, it is key that we give our front office staff the right tooling to stay relevant for our clients and have meaningful interactions with them. To enable this, ABN AMRO Bank is currently rolling out a new CRM solution for our staff in the Netherlands and in our European Private Banking Countries. Within Grid CRM you are the linking pin between the various teams working on this transition.
Based on a vision and on a good understanding of the needs of the front office staff, you determine and prioritise the backlog of your teams (“blocks”) with the aim of ensuring that your blocks deliver maximum business value. You weigh the interests of all relevant stakeholders in good time and in a clear and transparent way. You also liaise with product owners from other blocks to come to integrated solutions for our front office staff. The roll out of MSD has started in 2020 and will continue until 2022 (NL) and 2023 (International). You will work closely together with the IT organization, which is also part of the Grid.

The team focusses on supporting the front office in creating & fostering trusted relationships with our clients by enabling a consistent customer experience via personal interaction and omni-channel digital services. As a product owner, you are responsible for two teams with end-to-end responsibility for CRM functionalities.
Your profile
You are an energetic person with a passion for combining thinking with action. With your client oriented mind set and understanding of what our front office staff needs, you can drive the change within the Private Bank. You like to work constantly on new ideas/propositions for CRM. Stakeholder management is key for your success. That’s what you know.

- You have experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and a background in consultancy roles, process design and change management
- You are a person with strong communication skills who knows what is going on within the organization
- You love to use your analytical skills, getting things done with pragmatic solutions
- You are good in relationship management on both strategic, tactical and operational level
- You like to work in an international environment using your excellent English language skills.
