CRO Retail (ROW)

The CRO (ROW) Retail Risk is responsible for adequate and effective risk management implementation according to Group standards and frameworks, by proactively managing and mitigating possible risks within Retail. The department coordinates alignment between the different risk areas for Retail together with the head Compliance Retail , Head of NFR Retail and the global risk departments serve as a point of connect for country CRO's. The local CRO’s of the Retail Business Units (BUs) of ROW countries have a functional reporting line to the CRO Retail The CRO Retail is part of the respective Retail Management Team and chairs/participates the relevant committees in line with delegated authority.

Business Manager IV

We are looking for an energetic, creative and delivery-oriented Business manager to support the CRO Retail (ROW)

As Business Manager your responsibilities include:

  • acting as a sparring partner and soundboard to the CRO Retail Management
  • the preparation of communications and presentations for various key stakeholders, including conferences, panels, presentations
  • preparation and facilitation of MT meetings including taking minutes and employee gatherings
  • coordination and organization of CRO offsites
  • suggesting and implementing improvements to processes and ways of working
  • the coordination of the Rolling Forecast (budget) and launch follow-up actions.
  • Performing larger tasks with a higher risk factor as per standard PM methodologies on a project basis.
  • Acting as a linking pin with other business lines and initiates actions. You develop and maintain new networks and, in doing so, create opportunities.
  • Being the point of contact for a range of topics and determine their impact on stakeholders and the action to be taken.

  • You are an excellent communicator and creative in engaging varied audiences effectively. You know how to generate inspiring communiques, presentations and short and snappy briefings and reports in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • You embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment
  • You are comfortable with change and a self-starter
  • You are comfortable in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You have great organizational skills, a structured way of working and attention to detail
  • A ‘can do’ mentality, proactive, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile

Candidate Profile

  • Master degree will be considered a plus (preferably in engineering, business administration, finance or similar field)
  • Solid understanding of project / program management
  • Cultural- and organizational sensitivity
  • An entrepreneurial mind set
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
