We are looking for a Dutch speaking customer journey expert who wants to realize this ambition with us. We are responsible for a distinctive investment service for all customer segments and want to become the best investment bank in the Netherlands with innovative products, simple and understandable customer processes and an excellent customer experience.

What are you going to do?

In order to achieve our objectives, we are looking for a customer journey expert who will work with customer onboarding journeys. You work at the intersection of Business / IT. Together with your team, which consists of customer journeys experts, user experience and developers, you are committed to improvements and new features in the digital customer onboarding journeys. Both on the web and app, and via the advisor tooling. The importance of an intuitive customer process is obvious to you. You consider the regulation of the product, so that the customer journeys are compliant. Based on customer insights and customer data, you and your team look at what could be done better. You prepare user stories well, so that the developers can implement them immediately. You are an enterprising self-starter and not unimportant: you are fun to work with!

What do you need?

  • A completed education at a minimum bachelor level;
  • Passion for investing and the motivation to really get to know the processes;
  • Advocate of customer experience and knows what excites customers;
  • Experience with optimizing (digital) customer processes;
  • Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams (Business and IT), affinity with IT, and able to independently test and work out business requirements / user stories;
  • Dare to experiment and go for results;
  • Team player who likes to lead the way and help others move forward;
  • Great command of Dutch and English.
