The CSTs serve our MidCorporate customers and prospects according to Business Banking’s relationship model. You manage the Lending specialists within your region directly and as a supervisor with operational involvement. You ensure a uniform way of working and an end-to end working method. You also facilitate and inspire your employees in achieving their ambitions. You further professionalise your team, work to achieve high quality and facilitate the best possible collaboration. Accepting personal responsibility and self-management are central to this.

You are not only responsible for the application process, but also for proactive credit management and risk reward in relation to the total lending portfolio in your region.
