Customer Journey Expert International Payments

Your work environment:

PSS has full ownership of in-scope generic payment-, settlement- and the liquidity services, incl. associated IT assets and processes. Responsible for the core range of Payments products including Credit Transfers (Domestic and SEPA), International Payments , Direct Debits (Domestic and SEPA) and Instant Payments.

PSS works conform Agile-principles in self-organizing teams. Important aspects in this way of working are initiative, flexibility, continuous development, continuous improvement, collaboration and active and positive collaboration within your team and with other teams.

One of our main responsibilities is the execution of complex change programs with an international and cross segment scope. You are also a member of a Chapter where you work on your craftsmanship.

• You manage the Product Backlog Together with your local or international co-located squad(s).

• You are fluent in English, written and verbal.

Your key responsibilities

• You translatethe purpose, the why​, your business & product knowledge to the squad(s).

• You work with your squad(s) on a daily basis when needed tooptimize the sprint outcome.

• You improve the squad’s predictability, optimize the squad’s velocity and safeguard the squad’s well-being.

• You closely collaborate with other Customer Journey Experts and Product Owners in the area and Tribes translating the voice of the customer, business and IT needs into requirements supporting value-based delivery.

• You drive the Quarterly Business Review(QBR)tohelp define product developmentsfor the products and applications in your scope.

• You apply your experience in supporting to build and manage the products with an end-to-end mindset, including the needed COPAF (non-IT) design and implementation of business operations and services.

• You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.

• You ensure our license to operate as a Bank by secure and flawless 24/7 operations whilst keeping strong focus on regulatory compliance.

Proven track record and skills

• Skilled & certified Product Owner

• Proven business productexperiencein Banking, International Paymentsand Reporting.

• An entrepreneurial mindset;you dare to step up, speak up andexperiment

• Excellent communication skills
