
IT Performance Manager

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to measure, report, and analyse the performance and control level of IT services, in line with the agreed service levels and within our internal and external boundaries. You will advise on structural improvements to enhance the maturity and performance, and support IT managers and employees with the implementation of the improvements. This role is a permanent full-time role.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Heads of IT during the IT strategy definition process and ensure that strategic objectives are agreed and measured
- Prioritise and plan IT process assessments and suggest improvements based on results
- Facilitate execution of internal and external audits and analyse results with various business stakeholders
- Ensure key service delivery processes such as incident, problem, and change management are executed in line with defined policies
- Acquire and analyse information on business satisfaction and IT performance and provide performance reports to the business
- Performance of IT Disaster Recovery tasks within the region
- Stay abreast of developments within the IT space and policies
Role Requirements
- Tertiary qualification within IT and/or ITIL certification
- 4-6 years relevant working experience, preferably within financial services
- Good knowledge of the IT Software Development Life Cycle, ITILV3 and the COBIT 4.1 process framework
- Knowledge of clearing services, securities instruments and business processes
- Experience using Service Now
