As Operations Specialist at Bank Mendes Gans you are part of our Investigations Team.

What will you do?

• takes care of all queries that BMG receives from our customers and other banks regarding their cross border payments (both customer- and FX payments).
• together with your colleagues, you are responsible for picking up and correct handling of all received queries.
• you provide excellent client support for high value, sensitive international payments with complex routing.
• you are a team player and not afraid to pick up the phone to contact our stakeholders and customers.

Essential skills and knowledge

• Knowledge of international payments
