Your job
As a Scrum Master your main goal is to make sure the team can perform on its best, and keeps improving in its agile transformation.
You:
• Assist teams in their continuous improvement journey and adoption of the Agile framework.
• Coach teams to deliver their products -mostly designs and architectures- and solving impediments.
• Always pursue a safe working environment for collaboration and continuous improvement
• Coach both teams as individuals. You also guide the agile events (both scrum as non-scrum)
• Prefer trust over control to deliver added value. You are not the operational facilitator.
• Are being thé Agile ambassador. Both to the teams as to our surrounding organization.

Working environment
We’ve just moved to our new office in Diemen. We wanted our space to be specifically designed for sustainability, flexibility, and productivity. It includes collaborative break-out spaces, brainstorm spaces, a townhall and private office areas. Other than that, we also have a football table and chill places too hang out. This office finds a happy medium between work and play!
The IT department is responsible for the design, realization and maintaining of our systems for our clients, co-branders as well as ICS-ers. We are striving for sustainable solutions, driven by data, and enabled by the technology. The IT Department set-up is based on a distinction between Value Creation, Enabling and Control & Oversights. The domain services department is part of the Value Creation area.
Your profile
Our ideal candidate is proactive, loves working with teams and is able to listen to the ideas and concerns of her or his peers in order to be an effective team member. She or he is eager to learn about new developments within the world of data, technology and HR. Explaining, mentoring and helping out others is what gives energy. English is the standard communication language.
• You have at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience and you have participated in an agile environment, using the scrum principles
• You have experience working in a DevOps team and with business stakeholders
We also like you to:

• Together with the IT lead driving the team to maximal results
