
Project Manager IT (Value Cluster Customer Services)
At the glance
We are looking for a Project Manager IT with a hands-on mentality within the Value Cluster Customer Services. This person knows the ins and outs of IT processes and is well aware of the organisation structure of ABN AMRO.
You will look after the planning and (together with your business counterparts) a timely delivery by the involved departments (i.e. IT delivery blocks, architecture, value proposition teams). You are a team player who is at his/her best in a complex stakeholder environment. The environment is specifically more challenging as you will also work with teams abroad (France, Germany & Belgium).
Working environment
As a Project Manager IT you are part of Shared Services Customer Services and you will perform work for the three grids: CRM, Dialogue Orchestration and CIED (Customer Interaction and Enabling Digitalisation). These grid consists of value proposition blocks (change and implementation) and value delivery blocks (IT development). You work within an environment that is changing every day. Together with business and IT professionals you achieve the defined goals. You can work autonomous but are also able to co-create.

- You serve as an example in this context. Effective stakeholder management is important and you feel comfortable keeping relevant stakeholders in the loop.
- You have a versatile, invaluable network that you positively exploit to achieve goals
Profile

- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Preferably business knowledge about Banking
- Knowledge of the analysis and (IT) implementation process
- Process management, Agile techniques and Lean techniques
- Analytical skills
- Conceptual thinking
- Team player
- Complex stakeholder management
- Fluent in Dutch and English
