(Senior) Product Manager Mortgages

We are looking for an energetic and driven (Senior) Product Manager Mortgages within the Center of Expertise (CoE) for Mortgage Products & Pricing. Together with seven other colleagues, you will work to further improve our mortgage offering every day so that our mortgages remain attractive, relevant and compliant with a continued focus on customer needs.

What you’ll do

As a (Senior) Product Manager Mortgages, you monitor the market developments related to legislation, competition, trends and technological advancements, and respond to them insightfully. Additionally, you are responsible for - where possible - expanding or rationalising our mortgage portfolio and keeping it compliant. Among other things, you work on:

• Product reviews
• Product optimisation & rationalisation
• Complaint management
• Implementation of new rules and regulations

You act as a sparring partner for your colleagues within the tribe with respect to all kinds of complex issues. You are thoughtful, alert, proactive and sensitive in your communication with our key (internal/external) stakeholders.

Your profile

As a self-aware and organisationally sensitive professional, you act with determination and impact in a dynamic environment characterised by a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders’ interests. You are decisive and results-oriented, and you’re not afraid to do things ‘differently’. We’re keen to get to know you better if you also have:

• An academic degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in a complex environment
• Relevant mortgage expertise
• A strong affinity with rules and regulations, market developments and complex (product/pricing) issues
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to focus on what really matters
• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language.
