Our Tribe

We are a dynamic cross border Tribe (The Netherlands & Belgium) with a focus on Enterprise Content Management. Our ambition is to offer next level customer experience in communication via Self-Service capabilities. Our Tribe consists of IT and Business colleagues who work in close collaboration to reach our purpose and consists of roughly about 360 professionals.

Role and responsibilities

We are currently searching for an experienced Chapter Lead to build, maintain and improve the mastery of around Content Enterprise & Self Service. You will play a key role in development of the chapter and chapter members. The Chapter consists of Customer Journey Experts , Product Owners, and communication designers who share the same purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acts as an agile role model
  • Coaches individual chapter members craftmanship related skills and knowledge sharing
  • Challenges chapter members in their way of working and their continuous improvements
  • Has experience in international collaboration (differences in cultures and context)
  • Fosters enduring relationships with stakeholders, understanding their motivations and strategic needs
  • Responsible for hiring and staffing in collaboration with other Chapter Leads and Chapter Area Lead.

  • Master degree or equivalent;
  • Personality and capabilities to optimally function within an agile environment;
  • Previous experience with coaching and developing people;
  • Affinity with IT is a plus;

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English.
