ING Analytics
ING Analytics is a unit responsible for realizing this vision for ING, differentiating ING as a leader in data-driven organization, within the banking sector and beyond. The team consists of a number of Global Analytics Center of Excellences around the bank’s key capabilities (such as Pricing, Risk Management, FEC, Customer Intelligence, etc.) as well as strong coordination areas around data management, technology, customer journey, UX, as well as external partnerships.
Analytics Academy
The Analytics Academy is one of the core teams within ING Analytics. The Analytics Academy is key to the journey and educate large groups of the organization for each analytics capability i.e., Business Translation, Data Science, Data Engineering. The purpose of the Analytics Academy is to Keep ING at the leading edge of developments in analytics, ensure dedicated capability development and career framework for our analytics talent and create a global community of data, analytics and business professionals. The Academy is also responsible for showcasing the value of Analytics both internally and externally.
Role Profile
As Analytics Academy Lead you play a key role in enabling our data driven organization.
Your responsibilities include:

Leads the Analytics Academy; design and delivery of learning programmes to educate the organisation in Data & Analytics. Including contract management, budget responsibility and marketing of the academy offering.

Category ownership of the distinctive capability Data Fluency; responsible for the learning offer and owning the learning content that supports the topic Data and Analytics, in alignment with Global HR responsible for implementation of Data Fluency in the organization via the HR Processes.

Owning the learning experience and learning journey, providing design inputs to the learning experts from a content and learner experience perspective, validating design and final learning solution, curating and rationalizing learning content.

Works together with communications to promotes internally and externally about the value of Analyticsand data driven decision making.

Contributes tothe community building activities to create a sense of belonging for our Data & Analytics professionals

In line with ING Analytics Partnership strategy, explores and executes engagements with universities to bring in novelty and talent for ING.
About you
-
Master degree
-
At least 10+ years of experience in HR and / or Learning and Development
-
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training material
-
Ability in developing a training strategy and understanding of different training methods and channels, including digital
-
Ability to / Experience in linking training to performance and quality
-
Ability to / Experience in carrying out Training Needs Analysis

Knowledge of L&D trends, development, methodology, tools, and vendor

Significant experience in Data Science/ Data Analysis and advanced knowledge of the industry, more specifically Finance, Banking and Data Science and Analysis.

You have experience in working in large international and matrix organizations

You have a strong cultural- and organizational sensitivity, strong internal and external skills and proven stakeholder management experience

You have experience in driving results via influencing teams not in direct reporting line to you and interacting with (senior level) stakeholders, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

You have execution power to get things done, you embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment, always thinking a step ahead and never satisfied with the status quo

You have a feel for the Data Analytics population and their (learning) needs, you have affinity with the Artificial Intelligence field and understand what your colleagues drive.

You are fluent in written and spoken English.
