Senior Program Manager/Saga Integrator - Execution Office/Future Credit Domain
At a glance
As a Senior Program Manager/Saga Integrator, you help realise the delivery of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. In close collaboration with the theme owner, you ensure successful bank-wide execution of one of the 23 themes on the ABN AMRO change portfolio.
Future Credit Domain (FCD) is one of the 23 strategic themes of ABN Amro. FCD initiatives will develop the bank’s credit risk management capabilities to measure, monitor and proactively steer credit risk and deliver a compliant-by-design credit risk lifecycle that allows for digital and personal interaction with our clients.
The FCD program consists of 16 initiatives (or projects), that are brought together in an integrated transformation roadmap across the credit value chain. Delivering the FCD results requires a strong collaboration across multiple departments: Client Units, Risk, Finance, IT and CADM to name a few. The FCD Office supports the project teams to successfully deliver the results. Areas of attention of the FCD Office include (a) clear vision and objectives and strategic alignment within FCD and with all relevant areas outside FCD, (b) budget & capacity management, (c) quality assurance, (d) transition approach and roadmap management, (e) stakeholder management, and (f) communication.

You analyse priority conflicts, strategic transition options and dilemmas and give advice to the FCD Steerco to take decisions on the optimal way forward.
- Create insight, oversight and control over the end-to-end change. You ensure that core deliverables are reached by regular review of the initiatives, keeping them in sync with the overall FCD planning and roadmap.
- Ensure there is a clear roadmap and up-to-date and relevant overviews of status, decisions, impediments and dependencies.
- Ensure timely delivery in line with bank-wide priorities.
- Ensure we actively learn what is needed to successfully realize our strategy.
