The opportunity
Working at the Tribe Assisted Channels means working in a dynamic cross-border (Netherlands & Belgium) environment. Our purpose is: “We are passionate about our employees so they can delight our customers.” With thousands of employees using our services every day, we are responsible for stable, secure, user-friendly and innovative tooling for our employees in all assisted channels. We ensure that our customers and employees always have the best experience supported by one generic (united) assisted channels toolkit. From UX designer to IT engineer, we all work towards the same goal. We are always looking for good Business Analysts (at ING, we call them Customer Journey Experts (CJEs)) and envision to make sure that every CJE lands at the best squad of his/her development. Rest assured that you will always work on cool stuff for our client-facing colleagues! Based on our thorough understanding of the needs of the business and the technical possibilities, we translate the requirements into proposed solutions and make sure IT-development can be properly done. For this specific global role, we require you to be a state-of-the-art business refiner, with extensive experience in an international bus-dev-ops development. And, ideally, you already have affinity and/or experience with data stewardship.
