This is what you will be doing

As a Customer Journey Expert , you are responsible for constantly improving the customer experience for CoorpID users. You innovate by converting client insights, market insights and data analyses into improved and new features for CoorpID . Working end-to-end, you will translate these insights into improved and new functionality requirements which the development team can pick up. You are therefore also responsible for the “what” side of change . That is, for analysing , detailing and documenting requirements.

In a typical project in your role you dive into the KYC journeys of bank s and corporate client s of CoorpID and listen to the ir feedback over the full customer journey . You subsequently analyze and evaluate their experiences. As soon as you understand the pain points you re-design an improved process and pilot it. Initiating new perspectives and detailing out new innovative (digital) concepts is therefore greatly appreciated.

You will be part of the product development team and will work closely with our designers, the Business Development team, and IT Infrastructure and Security team.

Other activities supporting customers in their experience are:

  • Set up the data analytics for the CoorpID platform and use them to gather insights and improvement ideas

  • Develop and check functional requirements throughout the product development process.

  • Document Customer Journeys and Use Cases in our Functional Documentation library.

  • Facilitate the team’s coordinating sprint activities like refinement sessions.

  • Validations with users of new and improved functionalities

  • Build up and share knowledge of the KYC domain

What is required?

  • A Master degree

  • Excellent command of English

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with digital product development and working on customer journeys (e.g. making customer journey maps, setting up personas etc.)

  • Strong in analytical skills and stakeholder management

  • Affinity with IT

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Demonstrated being an intrapreneur and excellent communicator

Nice to have

  • A solid understanding of the KYC challenges within corporates and/or banks

  • Experiences in Financial Institutes sector

  • Experience in a scale-up
