For our Business Banking tribe we are looking for a junior Customer Journey Expert to help us to help our business clients to be succesful. This part time job will be set to help the Risky Business squad (Insurance) to reach their purpose.

The client is always central in your thinking and actions.

You have worked in an agile environment or are eager to do so.

The job to be doneon a regular base:

  • working on the feedback tool for channels
  • keep track of the ING Community
  • See how we can keep our content up to date
  • Search enging activities

Frequent activities:

  • KMS (zelfstandig)
  • releasepages onING.nl
  • LISA content
  • Oneintranet and Buzz posts
  • Nieuwsletter (in EOM)

and also

  • Banners
  • MOM’s
  • NBA’s

Besides this:

Make content (as wel creative as ING style)

Add matching images

Webtrekk activities

Interviewing customers

CMS (Tridion) oning.nl/verzekeren

We are looking for someone who has a little knowledge on the various abbreviations we mention above (not all of them). You have a learning mindset, have doing mentality, are creative and can translate this in digital content in our channels.
