UX designer

InsuranceRight is a market-leading Insuretech product used by insurers across the continent. As the senior UX designer for our InsuranceRight your challenge is:
- Take full ownership of the interaction and visual design
- Craft new ideas, and improve on existing ones
- Organise and lead client workshops, design sprints, and inspiration sessions
- Liaise closely with stakeholders, know their requirements, and how we can help them strategically
- Co-create and drive the product roadmap with the product lead
- Together with the product lead and business development director, actively ideate and contribute to sales and growth opportunities
- Work closely with the development team to ensure optimal design execution
- Monitor the implementation of InsuranceRight at different clients, making sure that it’s implemented the way you envision, and spot potential improvements for the product
- Work closely with other UX designers across the business, share knowledge, and help them learn from you, as you learn from them
KNOW-HOW
- A clear design process, coherent design thinking, and strong design values
- Experience in facilitating workshops
- Fluent in English
- Into digital: you have general understanding about web development technologies, content management, marketing automation and analytics
- You thrive best when helping to define the requirements, not just translating them into designs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of and experience with design methods and tools and proven interaction design skills
- Proficient with design and prototype software (Sketch, Invision, etc.)
- Understanding of and experience with Agile Scrum
- Knowledge of and experience in insurance is preferred
