Deze stage is niet meer vacant

Are you up for a challenge? Then help us with the implementation of the User Adoption plan for Microsoft 365 services at ING.

This means two things:

1. Activate and support our ambassador community for the new digital workplace
A part of the user adoption of our workplace services is the ambassadors programme. Our ambassadors are voluntary employees throughout the global ING organisation and is a growing community in other countries where ING is stationed.

The ambition and purpose of these ambassadors is to help their colleagues use the continuously changing digital workplace to the max by giving tips how to work smarter and optimise collaboration. We feed them with knowledge through training and continuous sharing on the online community.

2. Content creation for the Digital Workplace Hub site
An important part in user adoption is to inspire our colleagues to work with the new Microsoft 365 tools. One way to do this is to create snackable, short content to get their interest. We are looking for an intern who can help us with creating content, create newsletters, news items and so on.

Who are we?
We are Workplace Services: the department that’s responsible for the delivery of IT-related workplace products and services to 54.000 ING colleagues in 40 countries. Think computers, Wi-Fi, software, telephones, and of course the support for all of these.

Are we looking for you?
We are looking for a communication intern:

  • with knowledge how to manage an online community
  • who loves to provide continuous support and inspiration on the online community
  • that is creative in trying out new ways to help activate and involve our colleagues and ambassadors
  • who loves to write (and visualise) fun, short, desirable content.

Are you that proactive marketing or communications intern who wants to learn the ropes in a diverse and dynamic setting?

If so, you will be part of our user adoption team for at least three to six months, starting in September 2021 or as soon as possible.

There will be lots of space to try out new ideas and to help grow the user adoption plan both in enthusiasm and numbers. Workplace Services is a uniquely pivotal ING department where no day is the same.

  • Help organising events for the ambassadors to share knowledge and experiences.
